Top 5 Smudge Proof Lipsticks

I love the idea that lipstick once applied is there for the long run, there’s nothing worse than running to the bathroom with your top lip still perfect and the bottom lip looking slightly worse for wear.

It’s also surprisingly difficult to find a lipstick that won’t rub off whilst going about your everyday life…

I bought a lipstick a few weeks ago in a well known store and honestly, an hour in I only had a blob of red left on lip, I looked ridiculous.

I needed a fix, and although in some cases quick fixes aren’t advised in this circumstance, quick fixes are all i’m about…

This lipstick is extremely long lasting and extra moisturizing. Of course some people loved the colors of these lipsticks, others didn’t but one thing they could all agree on was the fact that she was an incredibly long lasting lipstick.

There were even some extreme, wild claims that he lasted all day through work and even made its way home from Zumba one evening. Perhaps this lipstick will revolutionize the smudge proof industry?

It’s also fantastic as it comes in a variation of colors but, of course my favorite is above (Persistent Plum).

# Smudge Proof Lipstick 2!

This lipstick from Butter London was totally unexpected. It didn’t really show itself to me when I was searching for smudge proof/kiss proof products.

From what people are saying it’s more of a balm when applied but, as it is long lasting it turns in to a rich, matte formula that can withstand any war, wind or snow. (Maybe not the first bit).

Butter London is an underdog in my eyes and I am so pleased she made her way in to my top 5 smudge proof lipsticks as the proof is in the countless 5 star reviews and the sheer wonderfulness of this lippy.

# Smudge Proof Lipstick 3!

This lipstick might fool you with it’s gloss like tube but, it is in fact a matte lipstick (I know, i know! how the world is changing) anyway, it will withstand drinking and eating and probably even a light peck.

People are LOVING this lipstick, purely for its rich formula, amazing variety of colors and it’s long lasting wear. Why can’t all lipsticks be this absolutely wonderful?

#Smudge Proof Lipstick 4!

The colors from these lipsticks are incredibly pigmented, they also last all.day.long.

You are the decider when this baby comes off, not your diet coke, not your nachos, you. It apparently takes a while to dry at first but once dry it does stay all day.

It also dries matte and not sticky, don’t be put off by its formula, it just makes it an easier application process.

# Smudge Proof Lipstick 5!

This Revlon smudge proof lipstick is on my top 5 list simply because it does what it says. It’s a well behaved lipstick.

People found it was a lot more nourishing and moisturizing than a lot of the other matte smudge proof lipsticks and of course it was incredible durable and long wearing.

It also has been known to be removed easily, something you need to look out for with smudge proof lipsticks.
